Indoor Sophistication – Host your event in our beautifully restored foyer, parlor, dining room, and porches. Perfect for cozy, intimate gatherings of up to 35 guests.

Garden Magic – Enjoy the beauty of our stone patio, pavilion, and deck—ideal for outdoor celebrations under mature trees and shimmering lights, accommodating up to 60 guests.

Party Packages


2-Hour Event  (Plus 1 1/2 hours of setup before and 1 hour for cleanup after)

  • Up to 20 guests: $600
  • Up to 35 guests: $750
  • Up to 60 guests (Garden Area): $850


3-Hour Event  (Plus 1 1/2 hours of setup before and 1 hour for cleanup after)

  • Up to 20 guests: $750
  • Up to 35 guests: $875
  • Up to 60 guests (Garden Area): $1,000

What's Included?

  • Hassle-Free Setup & Cleanup – Our team sets up and tears down tables and chairs for you.
  • Dedicated Event Staff – A staff member will be on-site to assist and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Beautiful Indoor and Outdoor Spaces – The perfect setting for a celebration filled with charm and warmth.

You are welcome to bring your own food or catering, along with your own tableware and decorations. Additionally, we are a BYOB venue. (Inquire about alcohol policy.)

  • Elegant Dinnerware – Choose from vintage china, elegant disposables, glassware, crystal wine glasses and champagne flutes, or classic table settings.
  • Beverage Services – Refreshing iced tea, lemonade, gourmet coffee, and more.

  • Catering Support – Chafing dishes, serving trays, utensils, and access to the Carriage House prep kitchen.
